2 sene once green card’a hak kazanmistim ve giris cikisimi yaptim. Sonrasinda green card bana ulasmadi. En son tekrar Subat sonu ABD ye gittim ve tekrar basvurumu yaptim. Bu sefer kesin gonderilir gozu ile bakiyorken adresle ilgili bir mail aldim.
ABD de bir mail box adres vermistim normalde. Onlarin sisteminde de TR adresim yaziyor. Esim icin green card a basvurduk ( bana cikarken ona Suriye vatandasi oldugu icin vermemislerdi, simdi TR vatandasi oldu ve F2A vizesine basvurduk yine Subat ayi gibi).
Ben simdi green card hakkimi kaybediyor muyum? Ailem olmadan cidden gitmem imkansiz ne yazik ki.. Kucuk bir bebegimiz de var.

Thank you for submitting your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to replace your Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551, under section 264.5 of Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (8 CFR).
After a thorough review of your application and supporting documentation, we have determined that additional evidence is needed. Please provide the following documentation or information as indicated below.
On your Form I-90, your physical address is listed as: KAGITHANE, STANBUL 34406, Turkey. Please provide evidence that you reside in the United States. Evidence may consist of a deed, current lease agreement, or recent utility bills.
You must submit all of the requested evidence within eighty seven (87) calendar days from the date of this notice. If you do not respond within the required period, we may deny your application. All additional evidence must be submitted at one time. If you submit only part of the evidence requested, we will consider that a request for a decision based upon the record.
All copies must be clear and legible. Any document in a language other than English must be accompanied by a complete word-for-word English translation. The translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English. You must submit both the foreign-language document and the English translation.
