Arkadaşlar hongkong attığım.mesaja geri döndüler ama olumlu mu olumsuz mu anlayamadım/ ne yapmam gerekiyor yardımcı olurmusunuz ?

We regret to inform you that we are only accepting diversity visa transfers from other U.S. Embassy/Consulates for processing if the applicant can prove they are physically present in Hong Kong and can stay for the time it takes to process the case to completion.

In addition, for those applicants physically present in Hong Kong, we will accept transfer cases based on our workload and the applicant's Diversity Visa regional lottery rank number. We cannot guarantee that any transfer cases will be accepted and/or processed

within a specific time frame. Please visit the Visa
