@Turco 24 ay altindaki cocugunuzla gerekli kosullari sagliyorsaniz ABD'ne seyahat edebilir daha sonra orada cocugunuz icin islemleri gerceklestirebilirsiniz.
Bunlar nedir? Bu kosullar;
- Ebeveynleri Gocmenlik Vizesi olan ve yurt disinda (ABD disi denmek isteniyor) cocuklar ve/ ya da;
- Kalici oturum izni olan annenin yurt disinda dogum yapmasi halinde su kosullari sagliyorsa;
a) dogumdan sonra iki sene icinde,
b) Ebeveylerden herhangi biri dogum sionrasi tekrar ABD'ye giriyorsa
Bu durumda da bazi belgeler ile ulkeye cocgunuzla vizesi olmadan giris yapabilirsiniz. Bu belgeler;
- Gecerli bir pasaport
- Cocugun ebeveynlerini belirten (Ingilizce degilse yeminli tercumesiyle) dogum belgesi
- Ebeveynlerin kalici oturum kaniti, mesela Yesil Kart
- Guncel fotograf (son alti ay)

Under U.S. immigration regulations, children who meet the following criteria do not need to obtain a visa to immigrate to the United States.

The child born abroad after the issuance of an immigrant visa is accompanying parent within the validity of the parent’s immigrant visa, or
-
The child born during the permanent resident mother’s temporary visit abroad provided that;
a. Admission is within 2 years of birth; and
b. Either accompanying parent is applying for readmission upon first return after the birth of the child.
Generally, the following information or documents may be useful when you apply for your child’s admission as a Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Valid passport or travel document
- Child’s birth certificate listing both the mother and the father (A certified English translation if the original document is not in English)
- Proof of parent’s permanent resident status (Permanent Resident Card known as “Green Cards”, or a valid re-entry permit)
- Recent photo (taken within the last 6 months) of the child
