@Sono 16 Ekim dosya yuklendi, 17 Ekimde biometrik randevusu icin tarih verdiler . 5 Kasim da biyometrik verdik . Oglumuz Montereyde, onun biyometrik randevusu bizden 1-2 gun sonra oldu. Biz Santa Ana dayiz , Kaliforniya oglanda Monterey CA . Ayni eyalet ama FO lar degisik. O okulda oldugu icin adres farkli , FO!lar farkli .

herkese tekrar selamlar, 21 Mart 26 dosya yuklendi. 17 Nisan 26 da biometrics icin ofise gittim. Bekleme surecindeyim belki birilerine yardimci olur diye sureci yazmak istedim. Umarim herkesin kolaylikla ilerler ve biter. Benim MA Lawrence ofisine bagli, arastirmalarimiz bir seneyi bulacagi yonunde ama benim yine de icim rahat sanki bir anda hizlanacak gibi geliyor.

@Edelweiss Yalnizca bir arkadasin surecinin eskisi gibi 4-5 ay içerisinde tamamlandigini gorduk biz de. Onun disinda cogunluk aylardır mülakat bekliyor. Mülakati geçip, yemin bekleyen bir tek sizi biliyorum. Ama cogunluk bir seyleri beklemeye devam ediyor.

After you log in to your USCIS online account, go to the MyAccount menu and select Home to find your case card. Select the Documents tab to view or print your official appointment notice from USCIS. You must take the Oath Ceremony Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment. Please review the notice for any instructions regarding the Naturalization Ceremony.

Please Note: Extended absences outside of the United States may affect your ability to naturalize. Reddit'de biri FL - Miami, digeri de NJ - Newark FO'da iki DV2020 talihlisinin süreçlerinin vatandaşlıkla noktalandigini okudum. Florida'daki dosya olağan sekilde akmış, Newark'da ise başvuru sahibi House Rep'e ulaştıktan sonra süreç hizlanmis gibi.

Miami, Florida; 7 Aralik 2025'de başvuru, 2 Mart 2026'da mülakat daveti, 20 Nisan 2026'da mülakat ve 24 Nisan 2026'da yemin töreni.

Newark, New Jersey: Temmuz 2025'de başvuru, Kasim 2025'de Aralik 2025 sonu icin mülakat daveti, mülakattan bir gun once mülakat iptali, Ocak 2026'da house rep'e ulaşip USCIS hakkinda şikayet oluşturma, hemen akabinde Mart 2026 sonu icin mülakat tarihi verilmesi ve Nisan 2026'da yemin.

@Sono Az evvel House Rep'e e-mail attim. Umarim sureci bir an evvel hizlandirip, sonuclandirir. Artik aradan cikarip rahatlamak istiyorum. Gereginden fazla uzadi. 1 ay icinde notice alacagima dair beyanlari da bir kac kez dogru cikmadi. Secimler oncesi umarim Rep bir aksiyon alir ve bir an evvel tamamlarim sureci.

House Rep’e mail attım, bir kaç saat içinde benim adıma USCIS’e başvurabilmeleri için Privacy Release Form doldurmamı istediler. Formu doldurup gönderdim. Bu gece 10’da USCIS’den “We have taken an action on your case” diye bir e-mail aldım. Web sitesine girip incelediğimde başvuru durumumun değiştiğini gördüm. Bu olumlu bir gelişme mi yoksa değil mi acaba? Artık oath ceremony will be scheduled yazmiyor.

Bu güncelleme sadece size mahsus degil. Birkac gun once oath ceremony will be scheduled olan ya da oath scheduled olan dosyaların bir cogu "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS" olarak güncellendi. Bence sistemsel bir durum, dosya özelinde onemli bir gelişme degil.

Bu arada House Rep'e ulaşarak cok iyi etmişsiniz. Surecinizi hizlandiracaktir.

@Seher-Ertaş-Karaaslan Dun CBS'de ozel bir haber cikti konuyla ilgili. Ozetle USCIS, bekleyen tum başvuruların yeniden güvenlik taramasina alinmasini istemiş. 27 Nisan ve oncesini kapsıyor bu durum.

"Last week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services distributed internal guidance instructing its officers to resubmit pending applications for different immigration benefits, including asylum, green cards and U.S. citizenship, to enhanced FBI background checks, the documents show."

USCIS officers were directed to re-submit fingerprint-based screenings if the FBI information for the cases in question was received before April 27. Officers were told the resubmissions are not necessary if they intend to deny an application.
