@efooja, içinde söyledi: Family Sponsored Green Card (Aile sponsorluguyla Green Card almak)
My daughter and I have green cards, and I’ve applied for my husband to have one too
after 2 years an approval came from USCIS and now they need payments and supporting papers like tax income payment ..
We haven’t been living in the US since we got our cards and I’ve never paid income taxes there
I live in Turkey and pay my taxes here
They also requested that I provide evidence for income that I can sponsor my husband, but again my earnings are in TRY not in USD and therefore the amount needed per year to be over poverty line in inefficient due to currency spikes over the past years
My question is: is there an exception for our situation
Is it ok if I present my income and tax income from where I live.. or would it result in a case denial
There are some fees to pay can only transfer from bank account, even dont have an account in USA
Unfortunately, there is no exception. You have to find a financial sponsor who is a US citizen or GC holder, has enough income to support you, and he/she should be living in the US. You can find more information about sponsorship on this thread:
