DV applicants worldwide will be disqualified if the following apply to the principal applicant:
You do not have at least a high school education or its equivalent, or two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience to perform
Your original DV entry form did not list ALL of your eligible family members. (i.e., when you filled the DV entry form, you did not include your spouse and/or all of your children who are unmarried and under the age of 21, including all biological children and step children, regardless of whether they live with you and your spouse, or whether either of you have legal custody of the children)
You chose a “Foreign State of Chargeability” to which you are not eligible in your original DV entry. For example, you were born in Iran and you chose Turkey as your country of eligibility, without establishing a valid claim as described in DV instructions for entry (https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/diversity-visa/instructions.html)
