Merhabalar,
Durumumuzu öğrenmek için arayabileceğimiz Türkiye'de olan bir telefon numarası var mı, yoksa sadece KCC'nin Amerika'daki ofisi mi ilgileniyor?
Ayrıca case numaram 2binlerde olmasına rağmen 10 gündür evrak mailinin gelmemesi normal midir sizce, yoksa ne yapmam gerekir?

@baykal1923 sadece Kentucky Consular Center cevaplıyor sorularınızı çünkü dosyanız orada. Ayrıca daha 9 gün önce göndermişsiniz ds260'ı. Numaranız çok düşük olsada geçen sene mayısta doldurup hala evrak maili alamayanlar var bence normal gelmemesi.

@dscrt bir ay evvel mail attım ama fayda etmemişti. Otomatik mail dışında dönüş alamadım... Ds260 formunu erken doldurmuştum, onun etkisi olabilir sanırım. Sayın @science de benimle aynı tarihte doldurmuş ve ona da mail geldi.

Biz geçen ay evrakları da göndermiştik mail gelmeden, Nüfus Kayıt Örneği'nin vakti geçmişti, onu yenileyip hepsini gönderdik yeniden evrakların. İsterseniz arayıp sorun ya da mail atın beklemeden. @Dscrt

@science Merhabalar. Bende vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneğini gönderdim fakat İnglizce ye çevrilmişini gönderdim. Orjinalini göndermedim. Hata yaptım göndermemekle. Onlardan cevap bekliyorum. Teşekkürler

@science Siz orjinalini mi gönderdiniz? Yoksa İngilizceye çevrilmişini mi?

Biz evrakların hem Türkçesini hem de Tercüme edilmişini gönderdik ne olur ne olmaz diye düşünerekten. Evrakları mail attıktan sonra otomatik bir mail geldi sadece, "Your forms..." gibi bir mail almadık henüz. @cavedo @Dscrt Sizin yerinizde olsam arar ya da mail atardım, belki biz telaşlanıyoruz, süreç zaten olması gerektiği gibi ilerliyordur yalnız geçen ay (bizden istenmeden gönderdiğimizde) evrakları gönderdikten sonra aradığımızda evraklarınız OK demişlerdi ve bir kaç hafta beklemeniz gerekir denmişti, belki de şimdi sıra geldi numaramıza ve vakti geçmiş evrakları güncellememiz için de request maili göndermiş olabilirler. Tabi bunların hepsi varsayım sonuçta.

Arkadaslar, simdi "Records indicate” maili geldi, evraklar tamam artık mülakat tarihini beklemeliyim mi?
Records indicate you have submitted a complete and valid DS-260 application for each family member, and you have provided all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center.
Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2019 program will begin in October 2018 and conclude on September 30, 2019. Please refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.

tek bir numara var arayabileceginiz, evet o da ABD'de. Talihli oldugunuzu soyleyen mektupta telefon bilgisi mevcut.

geçen ay gerçekleşen şu 2. onay mail durumu biraz stres yaptı bizde. acaba bizede 2. onay maili gelicek ve ondan sonra mı randevu vericekler diye düşünmeden edemiyorum!!

@crazycells Durumu anlatan bir mail attım. Cevap yazdılar ama evrakları 2. kez maille göndereyim mi göndermiyim mi anlamadım. İlk paragrafta bekleyin yazmışlar, 2.paragraftan itibaren yeniden gönderin demek istemişler sanırım. Yardımcı olun lütfen ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum.

Sitede 29xxx'lere bile gelmiş. Bu yüzden tedirginim. Ama ben evrakları, onlar 15 şubat'ta istemesine rağmen ancak 19 mart'ta gönderebildim.

Gelen mail şöyle:

After sending documents to [email protected], you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.

Collect and submit your documents promptly. Your case will not be scheduled for a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate until KCC has received and processed all required documents. Missing or illegible documents will delay processing of your case. If you cannot obtain a particular document, send a scanned or photographed explanation of why you cannot obtain the document, as an attachment, to [email protected], with your case number in the subject line. Diversity visas are numerically limited and there is no guarantee a visa will be available. Only a consular officer can determine, at the time of the visa interview, if you are qualified to receive a Diversity Visa.

In order to continue processing your case, you must submit electronic copies of the required documents in .jpeg or.pdf format as attachments to [email protected]. Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members. Send documents only to the [email protected] email address; for any document processing questions use the [email protected] email address.

The following documents are required for all applicants:

• Copy of the international travel passport biodata page
• Birth certificate
