F2A ve F2B Vize Süreçleri (Green Card sahiplerinin eş ve çocukları)

Herkese iyi akşamlar. Benim annem amerikan biriyle evlenip 2025 Ocak'ta green card alıp amerikaya gitti. Şu anda kendisi amerikada ve benim için F2A kategorisinde (O tarihlerde 21 yaşından küçük olduğum için) 5 Şubat 2025 tarihinde başvuru yaptık. Şu anda 10 ay'a yaklaştık sürecin başından beri. Dosyamın NVC'ye gitmesini bekliyorum kısa vadede. Trump dönemindeki son gelişmeler ve göçmen meselesi hakkındaki gelişmeler sizce benim kategorimdeki insanları nasıl etkiler ve ne kadar daha beklemem gerekiyor? Bunun hakkında bilgi verebilecek varsa sevinirim.

@Arhan-Çandır Merhaba, biz de aynı durumdayız üstelik 9 yaşında bir çocuk için başvuyu yaptı GC sahibi anne. case statusta hala "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent". Avukat sene bitmeden bir gelişme bekliyoruz demiş.

Merhabalar, esim 3 ay once turist vizesi ile giris yapti US ye ve simdi surecleri baslaticaz fakat 2 avukat arkadaş ile konustum birisi ogrenci vizesine kesin gecip oyle ilerleyelim dedi digeri ise turist vizesindeyken hallolur her sey dedi. Kafamiz su an cok karisik. Bu konu hakkinda bilgi sahibi olan birisi destek olabilir mi acaba?

Hiç belli olmaz eşim uzun senelerdir orada ve gc sahibi bana da aynısı söylendi ayrı kalmayalım diye söyledikleri yöntemle denedim red aldım şimdi aile birleşiminden devam ediyoruz. Bu sürecin bana olumsuz yanı ise en az 1.5 sene oldu. Size eşinizin herahangi bir oturumu olmadığı için turist veya öğrenci vizesiyle yapmanız söylenmiş haklı olarak daha detaylı araştırmanızı öneririm.

@Metellica Siz hangi gerekçe ile ve hangi aşamada ret almıştınız acaba? Ben de turist vizesi ile başvurdum, son aşama onayını bekliyorum. O yüzden merak ettim.

Merhabalar randevu alan arkadaşları tebrik ederim sıkıntısız geçersiniz inşallah. Nvc onayı alan ve randevu tarihi alan arkadaşlar süreçlerine ne zaman başladılar bilgilendirebilirler mi? Eşim greencardlı evliliğimizin 3. senesini doldurduk ve sürecimizi 17 eylül 2024'te başlattık.

@misha90 bizde 3.5 sene sürdü şimdi daha kısaldı diye düşünüyorum I-130 onaylanma süresi ve bültende aktif olma durumu kaç senede gerçekleşiyor ona göre tahmini söylenebilir
