@mamma-mia , içinde söyledi: SB-1 Returning Resident Visa (SB1 Geri Donen Gocmen Vizesi)
Hello @crazycells hope you having a good one, with great respect for your endless effort since 2017 engaging in helping your community and your folk, I appreciate and grateful to meet you. i’ve read all your reflections on LPR status and since I know Turkish, but I thought it would be more formal to speak in English, I wanted to ask a question. After we won lottery as a family with my mom, dad, sister and I, being as 17 years old holder, we moved to America and stayed for four months. we had relations there, my mom's cousins. We bought the car and rented a home. We have credit cards but we gave up our bank accounts. then we moved back to our nation staying here for almost 1.5 planning to get back in August2021. Shall we apply for an SB-1 visa or may we move directly to America?
We don't have any re-entry permission but we were planning to get it nearly in August. hoping that these issues would go well, I was planning to get into college for fall 2022 in my major biology. I always have binding elements with America that always connected me vehemently and eloquently to assure myself that everything would go great for me.
May you share your thoughts with me, I'll be so grateful and reassured to consult with such an perfect person

As knnrn suggested, an SB-1 visa is hard to get, and fortunately, your situation is acceptable enough to try a direct entry to the US with Green Cards. I assume all of your family members have physical Green Cards that are valid for 10 years?
Your current relations with the US (house, car, financial accounts etc.) will help you to establish that you haven't abandoned your permanent residency, but make sure you mention "pandemic" as a reason not being able to enter/move to the US earlier. I believe you will make a solid case to the CBP officers and they will let you in easily. Good luck.
