eksik evrak dönüşü oldu ama tam olarak ne eksik yazmıyor. mahkeme kaydı olmadığı için yollamadım sadece açıklama yazdım acaba bu nedenle dönmüş olabilir mi? tüm evraklar istenen formattaydı. pdf ve jpeg toplam mail boyutu da 30 mb altı.
bilgisi olan varsa dönüş yapabilir mi?

@TT-TT merhaba. mailde genelde hangi evrağın eksik olduğu çok açık olmasa da yazar. kişisel bilgilerinizi gizleyip maili paylaşma şansınız varsa kontrol edelim birlikte.

eksik evrak talebi alan arkadaşlarımız genellikle;

pasaport (başvuru sırasında kullandığı pasaport)
yurtdışı adli sicil kaydı
mahkeme varsa, onun tercümesi
vb. belgeler için aldılar bu maili.

dediğim gibi, paylaşın eğer mümkünse kontrol edelim.

@gucarslan Thank you for submitting your Diversity Visa documents to the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC). After reviewing your documents, KCC has determined that there are additional documents that you must send in order to proceed. Please see the required documents listed below and submit all required documents.

This notice is not a guarantee of receiving a visa or a visa interview. KCC is a document processing facility and does not make adjudicatory decisions.

If you have questions about required documents, please go to U.S. Visa: Reciprocity and Civil Documents by Country and select the country that issued your civil document(s). If a required document is unavailable per the country-specific guidelines, you do not need to submit them to KCC. However, if you cannot obtain a required document for another reason, you must submit a detailed written explanation to KCC when you submit your other documents. Failure to obtain all required documents will delay your case.

You will only be scheduled for interview at an overseas consular post after you have submitted all documents required for your case and your visa rank number has become current.

All documents should be submitted as attachments to your email to ensure they are properly received. We ask that you use the following method to name and attach your files:

· Your DV case number;

· The full name of the applicant whose document you scanned; and

· The document name or form number.

For example:

Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members. Send documents only to the [email protected] email address.

Documents photographed or scanned with a mobile phone are acceptable, but every document must be fully legible. Illegible or incomplete documents must be re-submitted and will delay processing of your case.

All documents not in English, or in the official language of the country in which the application for a visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator that states that the translation is accurate and the translator is competent to translate.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not mail any documents to KCC. Any documents sent to KCC will not be processed and will be destroyed.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

You and each family member immigrating with you to the United States should collect the civil documents that are required to support your visa application.

Passport Biographic Page: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of a currently valid passport. The biographic data page is the page with your photograph, name, date, and place of birth.

If the passport used by the principal applicant has changed since the initial entry, send a copy of the principal applicant’s passport listed on the DV entry with a written explanation for the change to KCC. The Department of State’s regulations provide for three limited exemptions from the passport requirement. These three exemptions include: individuals who are stateless; nationals of a Communist-controlled country who are unable to obtain a passport from the government of the Communist-controlled country; and beneficiaries of an individual waiver approved by the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State, pursuant to 22 CFR 42.2(g)(2). If you selected one of these exemptions on your DV entry, you should provide an explanation of your qualifications for the exemption you requested.

Birth Certificate: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a scan of an original birth certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Certificate: If you are married, you must submit a scan of your original marriage certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Termination Documentation: If you were previously married, you must submit scanned evidence of the termination of EVERY prior marriage you have had. Your scanned evidence must be of an original or certified copy of one of the following documents: FINAL legal divorce decree, death certificate, or annulment papers.

Military Records: If you served in the military of any country, you must submit a scanned copy of your military record.

Police Certificates: If you are 16 years of age or older, you must submit a scanned copy of a police certificate from all countries you have lived in using below criteria:

Court Record: If you have been convicted of a crime, provide a certified copy of each court record and any prison record.

Collect and submit your documents promptly. Your case will not be scheduled for a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate until KCC has received and processed all required documents. Missing or illegible documents will delay processing of your case. If you cannot obtain a particular document, send an explanation of why you cannot obtain the document, as an attachment in .jpeg or .pdf format, to [email protected], with your case number in the subject line. Diversity visas are numerically limited and there is no guarantee a visa will be available. Only a consular officer can determine, at the time of the visa interview, if you are qualified to receive a Diversity Visa.

@Sono türkçe aldığımda arşivli seçeneği yoktu ama formda arşiv kaydı yoktur ibaresi vardı, onu yolladım. İngilizcesinde arşivli seçeneği vardı oda türkçesiyle aynı içerikte
. İngilizce tercümeyi mi yollamak gerekiyordu.

@Sono dediğin gibi şimdi baktım @TT-TT aşağıdaki resimleri incele. Birinci resimde eğer kırmızı işaretli olan yerde VARDIR yazıyorsa sen de ozaman bu mahkemenin İNGİLİZCE onaylı tercümesi gerekiyor. Eğer YOKTUR yazıyorsa ozaman ikinci resme bakın çünkü artık türkçe alınan sabıka kaydında ARŞİV YAZISI ÇIKMIŞ ingilizce olan da isteniliyor hatta en altta uyarı bile var.

*evlilik varsa nikah cüzdanı / boşanma varsa mahkeme kaydı

Cevaplar için çok teşekkürler. Birde işim dolayısı ile şikayetçi olarak kaydımın olduğu dava var ama başvuru da istenen hüküm giyilen mahkeme kayıtları, bu yüzden mahkeme kaydı göndermeye gerek yok herhalde. emin olmak için soruyorum bayağı bekledik KCC den dönüş için.

ilk iletide "GEREKEN BELGELER:" baslikli kisimdaki belgeleri inceleyin, oradaki hangi belgeleri gondermediniz?

Bankadan yaklaşık 50000 tl kredi çekmeyi düşünüyorum hesap ekstrelerini görüp kredi çektim diye problem yaratırlar mı? 15000 dolar da çok yüksek bir para belki 10000-12000 dolar gibi bir meblağ toparlamaya çalışacağım. Bir yandan ev tapusu da göstereceğim. Houston Texas eyaleti için en az minimum ne kadar para ile gelmeyi önerirsiniz? Bekarım ve mesleğim yok ama serbest olarak ne iş olursa başlangıçta yapacağım (Market işleri vs.)

@infant27 merhaba. kredi çekmeniz hiçbir sorun yaratmaz konsolosluk tarafında. tek kişi için de bahsettiğiniz meblağlar geçen senelerin tecrübelerine göre yeterli görünüyor. ancak son karar elbette konsolosluk görevlilerinin. siz gösterebileceğiniz kadar birikiminizi gösterin, eminim yeterli olacaktır.

Bu soruyu nereye soracağımı bilemediğim için buraya yazıyorum. Mülakat için banka hesabına döviz yatıracağım özellikle tavsiye edeceğiniz bir banka var mı ? Finans banka yatırmıştım ama tc vatandaşı olunca yenı tc ile hesabıma giremıyorum, yabancı kımlık no ile giriliyor o da artık kullanmadıgım ıcın hesabımı kapattım. İş bankasına koymayı düşünüyorum ama yine de forumdan tavsiye almadan karar vermek istemedim.

çekmek istediğinizde size zorluk çıkartmayacak herhangi bir banka olabilir. yeter ki nakit alma durumu size işkenceye dönmesin sonrasında. herkesin bildiği devlet / özel bankalar olabilir.

@gucarslan Teşekkür ederim. Bankalar konusunda bilgisizim, bir sürü banka var malum. Devlet bankaları ziraat,vakıf ve halk bank sanırım. Hükümete güvenmediğim için onlara güvenmiyorum. İş bankası bana daha sıcak geliyor oraya koyayım mı ?

ama bahsettiğiniz banka türkiye'nin en eski bankalarından biri, milyonlarca müşterisi var sonuçta.

@gucarslan bu beni biraz daha rahatlattı abi sağolasın dil sorununa da çözüm bulursak tadından yenmez ve tabi tanıdık da olsaydı keşke
