@crazycells Merhaba, eşim KCC'ye mail yazdı..cevapta "süreciniz devam ediyor, mail gelmesi lazım yada gelecektir gibi birşey yazıp, Bulletin linkleri paylaşılmış ardından gelen paragrafta "collect and submit your data promptly" diyor..anlayamadık yine:)) şimdi göndericez mi yoksa yine evrak maili mi bekleyeceğiz? Your DS-260 has been processed. You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. Please follow the instructions in the email. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2020 program will begin in October 2019 and conclude on September 30, 2020. Please refer to the visa bulletin at http://www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.

For November, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2020 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:

The Visa Bulletin at http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html is updated monthly and contains the current allocation cut-off numbers as well as other important information.

Collect and submit your documents promptly. Your case will not be scheduled for a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate until KCC has received and processed all required documents. Missing or illegible documents will delay processing of your case. If you cannot obtain a particular document, send a scanned or photographed explanation of why you cannot obtain the document, as an attachment, to [email protected], with your case number in the subject line. Diversity visas are numerically limited and there is no guarantee a visa will be available. Only a consular officer can determine, at the time of the visa interview, if you are qualified to receive a Diversity Visa.

In order to continue processing your case, all documents should be submitted as attachments to your email to ensure they are properly received. We ask that you use the following method to name and attach your files:

• Your DV case number;
• The full name of the applicant whose document you scanned; and
• The document name or form number.

For example:

Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members. Send documents only to the [email protected] email address.

Documents photographed or scanned with a mobile phone are acceptable, but every document must be fully legible. Illegible or incomplete documents must be re-submitted and will delay processing of your case.

You and each family member immigrating with you to the United States should collect the civil documents that are required to support your visa application.

Passport Biographic Page: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of a currently valid passport. The biographic data page is the page with your photograph, name, date, and place of birth.

Birth Certificate: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a scan of an original birth certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Certificate: If you are married, you must submit a scan of your original marriage certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Termination Documentation: If you were previously married, you must submit scanned evidence of the termination of EVERY prior marriage you have had. Your scanned evidence must be of an original or certified copy of one of the following documents: FINAL legal divorce decree, death certificate, or annulment papers.

Military Records: If you served in the military of any country, you must submit a scanned copy of your military record.

Police Certificates: If you are 16 years of age or older, you must submit a scanned copy of a police certificate from all countries you have lived. Please refer to travel.state.gov for more information.

Court Record: If you have been convicted of a crime, provide a certified copy of each court record and any prison record.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.

@ayvalik10 merhaba boşanma evrakının İngilizceye çevrilmesi konusunda net bir bilgiye sahip olan var mı ? her doküman Türkçe olurken neden boşanma evrakı çevrilecek deniyor ? evrak isteme mailinde bu konuda da bir şey belirtilmemiş . sonuçta bir problem değil çevirttirebiliriz ama bu konuda tecrübesi olan var mı ?

Bir arkadaşımızın case nosu 9xxx olduğu halde evrak maili almamıştı. Kendisi 10xxx geçildiği zaman evrakları KCC ye iletmişti ve evrak işlenme onay mailini de almıştı. Bilginiz olsun

vay 47XXX numaraya mail geldi bana neden gelmedi, beni almayacaklar mı yoksa denilerek evrak maili atmaya çalışmayın arkadaşlar. Bu KCC ofisinin iş yükünü artırabilir. Kimse için herhangi bir tehlike, olumsuzluk yok ki mail giden arkadaşlar için de olumlu bir taraf yok. Zaten bülteni gelmeden mülakat tarihi alamayacağına göre sakin olup sabırlı şekilde beklemeye devam etmek en iyisidir.

Merhaba, Case numaram 29*** lerde olmasına rağmen erkenden belgeleri tamamlamam için mail geldi. Fakat doğum belgesini Almanyadan almam gerekecek. Bu da sürecimi uzatacak. Mesela belgeleri 1 ay sonra göndermiş olursam bana bir sıkıntı çıkarır mı? Bir de doğum belgesini konsolosluktan almadan, e-devletten alarak, bu süreci geçen birisi var mı acaba?

@mstf doğum yeri almanya da yazmışsın orada yazışmalar en güncel ondan tekrar burada sorsan bile herkes oraya yönlendirecek almanya hangi şehrinde doğduysan o şehrin nüfusmüdürlüğünden evrağı indirip doldurman gerekiyor ama yazdığın gibi gidip alabilecek durumdaysan hemen git sonuçta @mhepekiz yurtdışından evrakla ilgili kötü anıları var

DS-260 formunu 12 Mayıs'ta submit edip çıktıları almama rağmen şu anda formların sayfalarına giriş sağlayabiliyorum, izin vermemesi gerekmez miydi?

Mrblar banada bugün evrak e-maili geldi ama ben yurtdışındayım önümüzdeki hafta sonuna kadar dönmüş olucam artık o zaman evrak yollayabilirim.Sorun olmaz değilmi? Birde ben evlenmiştim geçen ay eşimi ekletmeden evrak e-mail aldım.Şimdi ne yapmalıyım?

Ben tabloya şöyle bir bakıyorumda 47xxx lerde bir arkadaşa evrak talebi gelmiş. Aralardan kişilere gönderilmiş. Sizin bir fikriniz vardır mutlaka... insan merak ediyor

bilemiyorum maalesef. Istediginiz kadar farkli fikir yurutebilirsiniz, fakat bu yasanacaklari degistirmeyecek

Neyin sırası bu acaba 11000 e kadar sırayla gitmesi sonra böyle olması garip.
Bir sorum olacak benim kızım Amerikan vatandaşı ve ds-260 formunu eşim ve benim adıma doldurduk complete yazıyor. Biz green carda başvururken kızımı sanırım Türk gibimi kaydettik. Kızımın adına doldurmanıza gerek yok dediler ama incomplete olarak duruyor bu sorun teşkil eder mi?

Mahkeme kararlarinin genelde ingilizcesi isteniyor ama bosanma hukmu vukuatli nufus kayit orneginde yazili ise o durumda bu belgeyi konsolos sart kosmayabiliyor.

Isterseniz bu sekilde goturebilirsiniz belgeleri, eger ceviri gerekirse sizi o sekilde yonlendirirler.
