After sending documents to [email protected], you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.

I was asked to send my Passport, Police Certificate, and Birth Certificate documents to KCC on September 8. I sent them on September 10 and received an email saying I would be contacted in 3-6 weeks.

It has been 11 weeks but I haven't heard from KCC yet.

Could you confirm that my documents have been successfully processed?
And could you inform me about the status of my application?

This email address, [email protected], is only used for applicants to provide the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) with documents required to continue processing Diversity Visa applications. [email protected] does not respond to inquiries. If you have any Diversity Visa related questions, please email [email protected] with your case number, complete name, and date of birth, as entered on your original entry.

You should expect an email from KCC in the next 3-6 weeks. If you do not hear from KCC after 6 weeks, please contact [email protected] to confirm all of your documents have been received, and you are ready to be scheduled for an interview.

Ds 260 formu açtırma talebim geldi, yalniz sadece kendi bilgimi girmemden dolayı ailemin pasaport bilgilerini giremiyorum.

Kendi pasaport bilgilerimi güncelledim KCC ye göndermeye hazır. Sizce gondermelimiyim yoksa bekleyip ailemin kinide açtırmalımıyım.

Ailemin pasaport bilgilerini olurda mülakat yaparsak o vakit vermemde bir sorun olurmu?

@gucarslan @crazycells @goblis evet oraya da yolladım, ama diğeri neden geçersiz oldu ? sonuçta oradan gelmiş önceki evrak talebi e-maili, biz tüm kişisel belgelerimizi herkesin görebileceği e-maile atmışız ondan kötü niyetli bir kullanım olur mu diye endişe duyuyoruz.

Sorun yok :) herkesin gorebilecegi dediginiz KCC'nin resmi email adresi zaten, dolayisiyla telasa gerek yok. KCC calisanlari zaten dosyaniza erisebilirler.

Maalesef nedeni bilemiyorum, ama farkli zamanlarda farkli web browser'lardan denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

@crazycells Merhaba, haziranda kazandığımda ds 260 formunu doldurdum. Henüz kccden mail gelmedi. Telefon numaramı değiştirmek ve mevcut numaramı kapattırmak istiyorum. Acaba bu başvurumu süreceme olumsuz etki eder mi? Ds260 formumda geçerli olmayan bir numara gözükecek çünkü.
