If you wish to collect your passport at a standard services pick-up location, please refer to the details below.
Applicants who choose to collect their passports at the standard pickup locations in Istanbul or Ankara must schedule an appointment in advance via https://schedule.gtspremium.com/. Please note that appointment slots are limited, and we recommend you consider one of the premium delivery options if you are unable to secure an appointment date and time that matches your itinerary.
Alternatively, from 5th January 2026 applicants may use the new Premium Services - Extended Pick-up time for passport collection from the standard pick-up locations in Ankara or Istanbul (as per the US Post where the visa application was applied). Please use the above link for registering to avail the service.
Working hours: Standard passport collection 09:30 AM to 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday (official holidays excluded)
Premium Services - Extended Pick-up time for passport collection from 5th January 2026 18:00 PM to 19:00 PM with a fee of 310 TRY.
Attention – Applicants who do not have an appointment for the day will not be entertained for passport collection. Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment schedule. Delaying beyond 15 minutes will result in making another appointment.

ATTENTION: After booking, a QR code will be generated—please save a screenshot immediately for your records. and present to the staff when collecting your passport. Each applicant (UID number) requires an individual appointment, and once confirmed, the appointment cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you fail to collect the passport on time, you can schedule a new appointment on the next working day.
If you have already collected your passport, disregard this email. If your selected appointment date falls beyond the 20-business day window, the passport may no longer be available for pickup. Therefore, ensure your appointment is scheduled within the 20-business day period to avoid complications.
Please bring the following documents or your passport(s) will NOT be handed over.
• To collect your passport from VFS Document Collection Center, you must present a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID (i.e., Resident Identity Card, Temporary Stay/Resident Permit or Driving License).
• If a representative is collecting your passport on your behalf, the representative must present:
- A copy of you and your representative’s valid government-issued photo ID.
- An authorization letter signed by you with stamp duty containing the following information:
Your name and passport numbers.
Your representative's name.
Additional documents:
- A copy of your family card and an authorization letter signed by one of applicants if you are a group of immediate family.
- A copy of your family card and an authorization letter signed by one of your parents if you are an applicant under the age of 18.
- An authorization letter with company letterhead signed by person in charge if you are a group of the same company/travel agent/manning agency.

bu maıl'i aldıktan sonra, geçen sene ıntervıew dan once kurye odemesı yapmıs olsam da, sistemlerı degıstırdıklerı için belkı sorun cıkar diye yıne de odeme yaptım... odeme yapttıktan sonra hıc bır onay maıl ı gelmedı... bende sonrasında bı sorun var dıye bugun bır tıcket actım vfs ye, neyse kı bır trackıng no paylaştılar ama bu akşama kadar trackıng no da bıle hıc bırsey cıkmıyordu.. neyse kı pasaport yarın teslım edılıcekmıs ups ıle gorustum... tekrar cok tesekkur ederım. baya ugraşmışsınız cok minnettarım....
