Merhaba;
21 yaş altı oğlumuz için Green Cart başvurusu yaptık. Şöyle bir mektup geldi. Benim mi ( sponsor benim) başvuru yaptığımız oğlumunmu doğum belgesi mi isteniyor?

On January 13, 2024, you filed a Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, with U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of ARDA ARTUC (the beneficiary). We are writing to
inform you that we need more information from you to make a decision on your case. Please read this
letter carefully, follow all of the instructions, and provide the requested evidence and information in
order for us to make a final decision on your case.
What You Need to Do
You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Photocopy of Original Birth Certificate
Your application or petition requires the submission of a translated birth certificate. The birth
certificate you provided was not accompanied by a translation. Please review the requirements below
to ensure your submission meets USCIS standards.
What You Need to Do
Submit a copy of the original birth certificate for Arda Artuc. Please ensure it meets the following
birth certificate standards
The birth certificate must be issued by the government agency authorized to issue such
documents.
It must include:
Timely registration of the birth.
The date and place of birth.
The names of both parents.
What to Do If a Birth Certificate Is Not Available

Secondary Evidence
If the birth certificate is unavailable, you must submit secondary evidence. Examples of acceptable
secondary evidence include:
Baptismal Certificate: A certificate under the seal of the church where the baptism occurred,
showing:
Date and place of birth.
Date of baptism.
Names of the godparents, if known.
Census Records: State or Federal census records showing:
Name(s) and place(s) of birth.
Date(s) of birth or age(s) of the person(s) listed.
Other Church Records:
Certificates issued under the seal of the church, parish, or diocese.
Records must include official seals to signify their authenticity and legal validity.
These records may be obtained from the church itself, local archives, or online
genealogy websites.
School Records: A letter from school authorities (preferably the first school attended) showing:
Date of admission to the school.
Date of birth or age at admission.
Place of birth.
Names and places of birth of parents, if available.
Other Records:
Medical records or financial records that reference the marital relationship.
Affidavits
If both the required document and secondary evidence are unavailable, submit two or more notarized
affidavits from individuals who have direct personal knowledge of the event or circumstances you are
trying to prove. Each affidavit must include:
The full name and address of the person signing.
Their date and place of birth.
Their relationship to you (if any).
Full details about the birth.
A complete explanation of how they know about the event.
Note: Affidavits from you or the beneficiary are not acceptable.

Acaba tercümeli doğum belgesimi istiyorlar.

Selamlar f2a başvurduktan ne kadar süre sonra ortalama sonuçlanıyor ilk başvuru ve ABD’ye geliş olana kadarki süreç?

@misha90 bizde 3.5 sene sürdü şimdi daha kısaldı diye düşünüyorum I-130 onaylanma süresi ve bültende aktif olma durumu kaç senede gerçekleşiyor ona göre tahmini söylenebilir

Fikir vermesi açısından yazıyorum. 2023 Eylül ayında başvurumuzu yaptık. Bültende sıramız Ekim ayı itibariyle geldi falan henüz onay almadık. Forumu ara sıra takip ediyorum umarım onay alanlar buradan bilgi verir.

Bizde eylül 2024'te başvurumuzu yaptık hala beklemekteyiz. Başvuru yapmadan önce bize söylenen zaman 3-4 yıl arası ama şuan sanıyorum ki greencardlı eşten başvuru süreci daha da kısaldı.

@efsun bizde 07.2023de başvurduk asagi yukarı aynı zamanlarda basvurmusuz. Dediğiniz gibi halen ilk aşamada bekliyoruz. Umuyorum ki bu sene içerisinde en azından konsolosluk aşamasına gelelim
