Dear Sir;
Unfortunately, you can not take that flight. Once you arrive in the Schengen zone, you would not be allowed to continue on to the United States due to the travel restrictions. DV visa holders are not exempted from the limitation.
On June 4th Turkish Airlines is offering a flight (TK4943) from Istanbul direct to Toronto. If you wish, you may contact THY and see if they would allow you on the Toronto flight. We do not control who they or the Canadians allow to travel. In addition, there are limited airports where you can arrive in the US. Please check the Embassy's covid19 page for restrictions and resources. https://tr.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information-2/
Sincerely,
Immigrant Visa Unit
