@waterman After reviewing the records related to your application for a visa to travel to the United States, it has been determined that we need more information to complete your application file and ensure that you are, in fact, eligible to travel to the United States.
Specifically, please provide the following information:
- All unique identification numbers you have ever been issued, including social security numbers, national ID numbers, personal ID numbers, etc.
- Your complete travel history since 2010, including countries visited, dates of travel, and (to the extent possible) specific locations visited.
- All places you have resided or owned property since 2010, including street address, town/city, state/province, country, and dates of residence/ownership.
- Details on all spouses you have ever had, including current, former, and deceased spouses; include all names ever used, DOBs, POBs, COCs, and photos for each spouse.
- The full and complete names of your CHILDREN, including step-, adopted, and deceased children, and regardless of whether or not they are also the applicant's children.
- The full and complete names of your SIBLINGS, including step-, half-, adopted, and deceased siblings.
Failure to provide this information in a timely manner could result in you being prohibited from traveling to and/or entering the United States. Therefore, it is in your best interest to provide the information requested as quickly as possible.
