Arkadaslar merhaba. ABD'de ikamet eden lottery kazanan kuzenim fiziksel green card'ini posta sirketinin gonderilmis oldugunu gostermesine ragmen eline ulasmamasi sonucu tekrardan i-90 formu doldurdu ve su an yeni kartinin gelmesini bekliyor fakat yakin vakitte Turkiye'ye seyahat edecek.

Elinde fiziksel greencard i olmadigi icin ulkeye giris-cikislarda sorun yasamaktan endiseleniyor.

Gecici seyahat belgesi nasil cikarabilir? Nereye basvurmamiz lazim?

Evet diversity visa'sı mevcut. 2019 Aralık'da vize alınmış, ülke girişinde basılmış. 2 Aralık 2019 ilk girişleri olmuş.

Sorun şu ki kendisi tır şoförü olduğu için UCSIS'den randevu alıp gidecek vakti yok. Nasıl bir yol izleyebiliriz?

Bu durumda ya I-551 damgasi alacak, ya da yeni Green Card'in gelmesini bekleyecek.

I-90 basvuru formundan sonra kendisine bir "receipt notice" gonderildi mi? Bazi receipt notice'ler -eger uzerinden ayrica not varsa- GC yerine kullanilabiliyor, bilginize.

Cevap icin tesekkur ederim fakat kendisinin notice'inde oyle bir not ekli degil ve ucsis e ugrayacak vakti yok. kendisi tir soforu dolayisiyla hic sehir icine bile girmiyor.

Konsoloslugun bu durumda "boarding foil" verip vermeyecegine emin degilim maalesef, bunu GC kaybolursa veya suresi Turkiye'de gectiginde veriyorlar genelde...

Uscis'i aradim ama yeni sistemde otomatik mesaj disinda kimseye ulasamiyorum, var midir ulasma yontemi?

Eger kosullu (conditional) Green Card'in kosulunu kaldiracaksaniz I-751 basvurusu yapmaniz gerekiyor. Maalesef genelde yanlis yapilan basvurularda ucretleri geri odemiyorlar.

Surecte gecikme yasamamak icin I-751 yapip ucretini odemenizi tavsiye ederim, belki daha sonra I-90 ucretini geri almak icin girisimde bulunabilirsiniz ama cok umitli olmayin...

Bir de ucreti geri alip alamayacaginizi Muslu Hukuk Burosu'na da suradan sorun isterseniz, kendilerinin bu konuda daha net bilgisi vardir:

Eger Green Card mulakatinin oldugu gun evlenmenizin ustunden 2 yil gecmediyse o durumda kosullu Green Card (2 yillik) aliyorsunuz, eger 2+ yil olduysa 10 yillik Green Card aliyorsunuz...

Bu belgeyi sadece online doldursak yetiyor degil mi? Posta yoluyla tekrardan uscis’e gondermeyecegiz degil mi? Birde bu belgeyle birlikte online olarak evlilik kanitiyle ilgili birseylerde yollayacak miyiz? Yukarida ki yorumlarin hepsini okudum fakat yinede aklima takildi. Simdiden tesekkur ediyorum

Merhabalar, I-751 icin basvuru yaptiktan sonra green card suresinin 24 ay uzatildigina dair mektup aldim. Ancak yaklasik 1 ay gecti biometric randevu ile ilgili herhangi bir mektup gelmedi. @crazycells sizce normali mi? Tesekkürler.
