Arkadaşlar merhaba,
Ds-260 dosyamızı onayladıktan sonra, tüm belgeleri email ile gönderdik fakat 6 haftayı geçmesine rağmen bir yanıt alamadık.
Sonrasında kccdv adresine (case number, isim ve doğum tarihi ile) mail attık ve durumu anlattık.
Bizim sıramız 28XXX ve cevaben gelen maili anlamadık. Yardımcı olabilir misiniz?
Gelen yanıt aşağıdaki gibi:

After sending documents to [email protected], you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.

Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Once the Kentucky Consular Center has finished processing your DS-260, you will receive an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing.

For February, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2020 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:

The Visa Bulletin at https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html is updated monthly and contains the current allocation cut-off numbers as well as other important information.

Interviews for the DV 2020 program will begin in October 2019 and will conclude on September 30, 2020. KCC cannot provide information as to when an interview date may become available for your case. Interviews are scheduled numerically according to assigned case numbers which have completed processing. The Department of State designates how many interviews will be scheduled each month according to visa availability. You may refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov for the list of current numbers. This information is updated on the 15th day of each month thereafter.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center."

Burası sanırım, yayınlanan bültenlerde case numaramız ne kadar yaklaşırsan artık o kadar "Congratulations records indicate" emailini bekleyebiliriz

Zaten bu emaili alan arkadaşlar mutlaka forumda paylaşacaklardır, eğer aynı case aralığında olduğumuz arkadaşlar alır biz almazsak, o zaman mutlaka KCC iletişime geçmeliyiz, evraklarınız da bir sorun olabilir
Bu aşamadan sonra daha fazla beklemeye gerek yok

@zabadey Aynen @Muhtaradana nın dediği bülten yaklaştığı zaman mail gelecek. Bizde sürecin takipçisi olduğumuzu belirtmek için kcc ye mail attık. Bize gelen yanıtta aynı şekilde.

evrakları gönderdikten sonra şu şekilde bir mail geldiyse sorun yok.

Merhaba, en son hangi numaralar KCC'den onay maili aldılar biliyor musunuz? Sıram 17K ve hala onay maili almadım. 15'ine kadar onay maili gelirse mart ayında numaramın current olacağı anlamına mı geliyor?

Şu an @Muhtaradana nın söylediğine göre 14-15 bin arası onay maili gelmiş durumda. Bu hafta içinde oany maillerini yollayacaklarını tahmin ediyorum. Eğer onay maili alırsanız forumda da paylaşır mısınız?

@pawlover en son 14bin küsür onay emaili aldı, bizim bildiğimiz henüz 15 binden alan yok eğer bu hafta sonuna kadar onay emaillerinde bir hareketlenme olmazsa bu duruma göre aksiyon alalım
Evraklarınızın onay alması önümüzdeki bültende numaranızın aktif olmasına işaret edebilir, ama bu ay biraz değişik olacak gibi, önceki ayların sisteminden çıktılar, yani bize ipucu vermiyorlar, ama benim tahminim bülten 19 bin civarı açıklanacak ama 14-19 bin arası herkes mart ayına mülakat tarihi alamıyacak belli kısmı alamıyacak gibi geliyor(bu sadece benim tahminim, başka biride tam tersini söyleyebilir ve gerçeklerşebilirde) bu ayda uygulanan ileriki ayların nasıl ilerleyeceği hakkında bize ipucu verecek

Herkese merhaba tekrardan, ben de evrak talep maili alamayanlardanım bunun üzerine yine dayanamadım KCC'ye e-mail attım hemen geri dönüş yaptılar. Herkese gönderilen e-maili bana da göndermişler anladığım kadarıyla. DS-260nı kontrol ediyorlar eğer onda bir sorun yoksa e-mail gelmiş olması lazım veya gelecektir diyor fakat benim gibi numarası zaten aktif olanlar için artık beklemenin bir mantığı yok. Ben bugün içerisinde bütün evraklarımı sanki evrak talep maili gelmiş gibi yollacağım. Benimle aynı durumda olan arkadaşları bilgilendirmek istedim.

• Your DV case number;
• The full name of the applicant whose document you scanned; and
• The document name or form number.

Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members. Send documents only to the [email protected] email address.

Documents photographed or scanned with a mobile phone are acceptable, but every document must be fully legible. Illegible or incomplete documents must be re-submitted and will delay processing of your case.

You and each family member immigrating with you to the United States should collect the civil documents that are required to support your visa application.

Passport Biographic Page: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of a currently valid passport. The biographic data page is the page with your photograph, name, date, and place of birth.

Birth Certificate: You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a scan of an original birth certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Certificate: If you are married, you must submit a scan of your original marriage certificate or certified copy.

Marriage Termination Documentation: If you were previously married, you must submit scanned evidence of the termination of EVERY prior marriage you have had. Your scanned evidence must be of an original or certified copy of one of the following documents: FINAL legal divorce decree, death certificate, or annulment papers.

Military Records: If you served in the military of any country, you must submit a scanned copy of your military record.

Police Certificates: If you are 16 years of age or older, you must submit a scanned copy of a police certificate from all countries you have lived. Please refer to travel.state.gov for more information.

Court Record: If you have been convicted of a crime, provide a certified copy of each court record and any prison record.
