@halo44 amerika ve kanada iki ayrı ülke. Her ikisininde vize sistemi farklı birinden ret aldın diye ötekisininde ret verecek diye bir kural yok. Burada nihai kararı verecek olan başvurunuzu inceleyen ve kontrol eden vize memuru. Tüm insiyatif onda.
Sadece kanada turist vizesi başvurusunda son 10 yıl içerisinde kanadaya seyahat ettiniz mi ve amerika vizeniz var mı diye sorusu var. Eğer bunlardan herhangi birisinin cevabı evet ise kolay prosedür ile ( finans kanıtı, çalışma belgeleri v.s. istemeden ) başvuru kabul ediyor. Tek fark bu. Bununda CANPLUS olarak adlandırıyorlar. Merhaba arkadaşlar. Şuan Japonya'dayım ve 2 yıllık oturumum var. Burdan Amerika turist vizesine başvurdum ve 1.5 ay sonra görüşmem var. Sorum şu eğer Amerika turist vizesinden red alırsam Kanada direk red mi verir? Yardımcı olurmusunuz? Nasıl bir yol izlemeliyim sizce?

Ekimde ve ocakta 2 F1 ABD vize reddi ve yine ekimde Kanada reddim vardı ama Mart 2024 te kanadadan okey aldim

@orhanozbekk Cevabınız için teşekkür ederim. Evet maalesef bekleme sürelerini yeni gördüm. Türkiye için 700 küsür gün yazarken Kanada için 900 gün civarıydı. Türkiye'den başvurmak daha mantıklı olur bu durumda. Peki bekleme süresi daha kısa bir ülkeden başvurmak mümkün mü turist vizesiyle? Yasal olarak oturum ve/veya çalışma izninizin olmadığı bir ülkeden başvurulara iyi gözle bakmıyorlar diye duydum ama Türkiye'de bekleme süresi çok uzun gerçekten.

@pharmacygreen şimdi durum şöyle abdye başvurdum turist vizesi için. japonyadaki okulum 3 haftalık ara tatile girdi ve bu sörada abd yi ziyaret etmek istiyorum. eğer red alırsam kanada için de aynı yolla başvurmak istiyorum ve abd den red aldığımı ve 3 haftalık tatilimde farklı ülke görmek istediğimi, gezmek istediğimi felan söylesem nasıl olur acaba?

@r-ruby Tabi mumkun lakin genelde " neden buradan basvuruyorsunuz" sorusunun gerekceli cevabinin memuru tatmin edecek olmasi gerekir. aksi halde ret oluyor. Elbet hicbir vize basvurusunun garantisi yok ama Kanada vizesiniz var ise Turkiye' den rahat bir sekilde alabilirsiniz bence.

@orhanozbekk Anlıyorum. Bu durumda gerekçe keyfi oluyor tabii. Yaklaşık bir buçuk sene önce bir abd vize reddim var bu nedenle tekrardan başvurmakta tereddüt ediyorum açıkçası. Kanada vizesini yeni aldım ve yakın zamanda bir seyahat planlıyorum. Daha sonra Abd vizesine tekrardan başvurursam bir katkısı olur umarım. Tekrardan teşekkürler.

@halo44 neticelenme süreci var var başvuru yapıp hemen kanada vizesi neticesi çıkmaz. Resmi sitede tüm süreç ile ilgili bilgi var detaylara bak .
Bu arada amerika standart 10 yıllık gecerli , kanada ise pasaport bitimine kadar geçerli turist vizesi veriyor. aklında olsun
Güzel yanı ise amerika 10 yıl sonra vize süren bitince tekrar yenisini almak için mülakata çağırmıyor posta ile pasaportu göndermek yeterli oluyor yenisini almak icin. Aynı şekilde kanadada vize süresi bitince yenisini almada gene basvuru aynı ama ek belge finans durumu calısma belgesi filan istemiyor sade ve basit bir basvuru yapmak yeterli oluyor. Bunada canplus diyorlar.

@charon daha önce vizen varmıydı süresi bitmişmiydi yoksa ilk defa amerika vizesimi alıyordun ? Nasıl çağırdılar? Posta ile pasaportunu gönderdikten sonra mı yoksa ?

@pharmacygreen daha önce karadağdan almıştım vizeyi, istanbulda yenilemek istediğimde randevuya çağırdılar.

@charon eski vizeyi aldığın yerden başvuru yapmadıgın için böyle bir durum olabilir. Normalde tekrar vize almak için çoğunlukla mülakat olmuyor.

Temmuz ayı başında turistik vize başvurusunda bulundum. Bana aşağıdaki mektup geldi. 21 Mart 2024 tarihinde abd vize başvurusunda bulunmuş ve red almıştım. Formların hepsine doğru cevaplar verdim. Daha önce abd vizesi red aldınız mı diye bir soru bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle hiç bir yere girmedim. Sizce şimdi ne yapmam gerekiyor yardımcı olur musunuz?

This refers to your application for temporary residence. Your application and all of the documents you
submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for
immigration to Canada.
Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must,
before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the
officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of the IRPA. I
have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by subsection 16(1) of the IRPA.
Specifically, I have concerns that you did not declare your previous USA refusal on 2024/03/21
Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you
may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would
render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years.
I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from
the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard.
All documents you decide to submit must be in either English or French. Any documents not in English or
French must be accompanied by a certified translation.
DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH YOUR MYCIC ACCOUNT: to submit your documents, navigate

Abd vizem var Kanada turist vizesi başvurusu yaptım 12 günde red geldi incelediklerini dahi düşünmüyorum benden 2 gün sonra Kanada’ya başvuru yapan arkadaşımda 10 gün içerisinde red aldı. İtiraz hakkımız var mıdır ? Ne yapmam gerekiyor bilgisi olan varsa yardımcı olursa sevinirim

yardımcı olacak bir bilge varmıdır.
