@pharmacygreen daha önce karadağdan almıştım vizeyi, istanbulda yenilemek istediğimde randevuya çağırdılar.

@charon eski vizeyi aldığın yerden başvuru yapmadıgın için böyle bir durum olabilir. Normalde tekrar vize almak için çoğunlukla mülakat olmuyor.

Temmuz ayı başında turistik vize başvurusunda bulundum. Bana aşağıdaki mektup geldi. 21 Mart 2024 tarihinde abd vize başvurusunda bulunmuş ve red almıştım. Formların hepsine doğru cevaplar verdim. Daha önce abd vizesi red aldınız mı diye bir soru bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle hiç bir yere girmedim. Sizce şimdi ne yapmam gerekiyor yardımcı olur musunuz?

This refers to your application for temporary residence. Your application and all of the documents you
submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for
immigration to Canada.
Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must,
before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the
officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of the IRPA. I
have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by subsection 16(1) of the IRPA.
Specifically, I have concerns that you did not declare your previous USA refusal on 2024/03/21
Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you
may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would
render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years.
I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from
the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard.
All documents you decide to submit must be in either English or French. Any documents not in English or
French must be accompanied by a certified translation.
DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH YOUR MYCIC ACCOUNT: to submit your documents, navigate
to the Application Details page and click on the “View Submitted Application” button at the bottom of the
page. You should then see instructions on how to submit the requested documents on the Documents
Submitted page.
Should you be unable to provide the information and/or documents in time, you must advise us in writing
detailing the reasons why you cannot provide them. You must upload this written explanation electronically
through the MyCIC portal in lieu of the document requested.
If you do not respond to this request within the timeframe indicated above, your application will be assessed
based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application and in a
declaration of inadmissibility to Canada for a period of five years.

Abd vizem var Kanada turist vizesi başvurusu yaptım 12 günde red geldi incelediklerini dahi düşünmüyorum benden 2 gün sonra Kanada’ya başvuru yapan arkadaşımda 10 gün içerisinde red aldı. İtiraz hakkımız var mıdır ? Ne yapmam gerekiyor bilgisi olan varsa yardımcı olursa sevinirim

yardımcı olacak bir bilge varmıdır.
saçmalık incelemediklerinden eminim. coğrafik nedenlerden yüzde yüz

Abd Ve ingiltere vizesi de almaniz cok zorlasir.

Bu işi kendim yaptım. Son 2 senelik zamanda çok fazla vize başvurusu yapıp seyehatler gerçekleştirdim. Aracı kullanmıyorum, hiç te kullanmadım.

ABD vizesi olup Kanada vizesine başvurup 10 günde red alan arkadaşım: Senin vize başvurun can+ vizesi, en fazla 15-20 günde sonuçlanır. Evraklarını muhtemelen değerlendirdiler. Sonuç olumsuz olmuş,geçmiş olsun.

Çalışma iznim olmasına ve daha önce 7 kere Kanada'ya gitmiş olmama rağmen son vize başvuruma 165 gündür bi cevap gelmedi.

@charon Çok uzun açıklayıcı bir dilekçe yazıp gönderdim. Bazılarının 7 8 ay geçmesine rağmen halen dönüş yapmamışlar. Sorunun sadece Kanada için sorulduğunu sanmışım dilekçede de o şekilde belirttim. ABD' nin de neden red verdiğini dile getirdim. Herhangi bir evrak talep etmedilerini mülakat ile karar verdiklerini vs.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in response to the letter I received regarding my tourist visa application. I would
like to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.
I had not previously noticed such an issue in the form. However, following the letter I
received from you, I reviewed the form and realized this mistake. The reason for this error is
that, due to my limited knowledge of English, I misunderstood the question as being relevant
only to visa applications made to Canada. I apologize for providing incorrect information due
to language barriers and translation issues.
In my application, I answered "no" to the question "Have you ever been refused a visa by
another country?" because I did not fully understand the question and thought it was only
relevant to visa applications for Canada. In reality, I was refused a visa to the United States on
March 21, 2024, and as you have pointed out, I provided incomplete information in my
application.
Unfortunately, the U.S. Consulate does not provide any documentary evidence for visa
refusals, as their decision is based solely on the interview. The only document I received
indicated that my visa application was denied due to a lack of strong ties to my home country
that would compel me to return after a brief stay in the United States. However, no supporting
documentation was requested to substantiate this claim.
I would like to emphasize that I have strong ties to Turkey. As evidence, I have provided
documentation of my three active businesses in Turkey, as well as property deeds, vehicle
registration, and bank statements. Additionally, I am married and have two school-aged
daughters who are dependent on me. These strong family and financial ties demonstrate my
commitment to my home country.
I hope this explanation clarifies the situation and addresses any concerns regarding potential
misrepresentation. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or
documentation that may be required to facilitate a fair assessment of my visa application.

Merhaba zübeyira, Kanada vize başvurusunda ABD den ret aldın gibi bir soru yok. Formlardada boyle bir yer yok. Bu kadar özür dilemenede bence gerek yok. Böyle bir yeri görmediğini, başvuruyu bir profosyonel değil de kendinin yaptığını açıklaman yeter bence. Ayrca şu sebeble vize başvurusu yaptım bu sebeblerden red oldu gibi biraz derinleşme yapabilirsin diye düşünüyorum.

@XFatihX var hocam var. Bende yok saniyordum. Portal değişti. Sorunun içinde kanada geçtiği için sadece kanada icin soruyor sandim hızlıca bakıp hayırı işaretlemişim. Yoksa daha önce ıngiltere oturumum vardı. Şuan yalan beyandan ban verme riskide var. Onun icin detaylı bir açıklama yaptım.

Peki tam olarak nerede var? Ben 2, arkadaşım 2 başvuru yaptı ama ret aldınız mı sorusunu bir yerde göremedim. Formda kesinlikle yoktu belki gckey de vize başvurusu yapmadan önce vardır. Fakat ben orada da hatırlamıyorum. Telegram forum ve şikayet sitelerinde son zamanlarda bu tip geri dönüşleri görmeye başladık. Sanırım konsolosluğa yeni bir memur atandı. Yeni memur böyle birşey yapıyor

@XFatihX Merhaba, açıkçası ABD vizesi olan için 15-20 gün sürer gibi kesin bir yargıda bulunmamak lazım. ABD vizem varken 2017'de Kanada vizesi almış ve üç defa da gidip gelmiştim. Bu sene başında ABD vizemi yeniledikten sonra Nisan başında da can+ kapsamında bizzat online olarak vizeye başvurdum. Herhangi bir ek belge yüklemedim. Sadece Pasaportumu yükledim. 6 Nisan'da biometric verdim. Zaten ortalama 144 süreceğine dair IRCC portalında bilgi mevcuttu. Herhangi bir ek belge istemeden 11 Ağustos'ta da vizenin onaylandığına dair mesaj geldi. 14 Ağustos'ta pasaportu VFS'ye teslim ettim. Yani işler her zaman aynı gitmiyor.
