Onceki calisma hayatimi gosteren belge yerine tum calistigim sirketlerden antetli kagida imzali kaseli evrak aldim. Avukatim standart verilen calisma belgesi yerine ozellikle belirli bir formatta belge istedi. Bu format soyleydi:
