Evet, siz ya da oglunuz farketmez. Sizin doldurmaniz gereken DS260 formu var, hazirlamaniz gereken diger formlar da var. Ikinci iletiyi bir daha gozden gecirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Ev adresim değişti. Oğlum USCIS departmanına Kuşadası'nın ev adresi vermişti. Şimdi İstanbuldaki ev adresimizi vermek istiyoruz. Oğlum son 2 gündür NVC arıyor bir türlü telefona kimse cevap vermiyor. Oğlum CA eyaletinde oturuyor. CA eyaletinde saat 2 pm iken arıyor, bazen saat 12 pm iken arıyor. Bir türlü ulaşamıyor. NVC e mail adresini ben bulamadım. Siz biliyormusunuz? Hiç değilse oğlan NVC 'e email atar diye düşünüyorum. NVC ve konsolosluk bana email ile mi ulaşır yoksa ev adresine mektup mu gönderir? Onların prosedürleri nedir? Eğer email ise, yeni ev adresimi şimdiden bildirmek zorunda değilim.. Sizce?

Eger oyleyse, kendi adres degisikliginizi bildirmeye gerek yok ya da bu konuda bir guncelleme yapmaniza da gerek yok. Evet, hala mektup da gonderiyorlar (eger online notification icin form doldurduysaniz email olarak bilgi alabilirsiniz) fakat mektubu sizin yasadiginiz adrese degil, iletisim icin verdiginiz adrese gonderiyorlar.

Evet, hatirliyorum. Konsolosluklari ilgilendiren background check NVC tarafindan yapiliyor ama kanimca hem USCIS'in hem de NVC'nin ayri ayri sorusturma birimleri var.

"I am the applicant" kisminda hata verdigi yaziyor, yukaridaki cevabinizda. Eger siz orayi sectiginize eminseniz farkli bir web browser ile denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Ben NVC'nin yanlis bilgiler verdigini su ana kadar duymadim, o nedenle buyuk ihtimal siz bir seyleri atlayarak yaziyorsunuz. Yazdiklarinizi gozden gecirerek, eger yaninizda baska biri varsa kendisine yazdirarak giris yapmaya calismanizi tavsiye ederim.

Belgelerinizi NVC'ye gondermeyeceksiniz, belgeleri upload edeceksiniz siteye. Kac tane background check'ten gececeksiniz ve hepsi ne zaman olacak bilmiyorum maalesef, ama bu surece etki etmeniz mumkun degil, dolayisiyla sizin bu konuda dusunmenize ya da bir sey yapmaniza gerek yok. NVC su an belgeler ve formlar tam olunca size mulakat tarihi verecek. O nedenle ben yerinizde olsaydim, belgeleri yavas yavas toplamaya baslardim.
