For August, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2018 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:

The Visa Bulletin at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html is updated monthly and contains the current allocation cut-off numbers as well as other important information.

Interviews for the DV 2018 program will begin in October 2017 and will conclude on September 30, 2018. KCC cannot provide information as to when an interview date may become available for your case. Interviews are scheduled numerically according to assigned case numbers which have completed processing. The Department of State designates how many interviews will be scheduled each month according to visa availability. You may refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov for the list of current numbers. This information is updated on the 15th day of each month thereafter.

The congressionally mandated Diversity Immigrant Visa Program is administered on an annual basis by the Department of State and conducted under the terms of Section 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Section 131 of the Immigration Act of 1990 (Pub. L. 101-649) amended INA 203 to provide for a new class of immigrants known as "diversity immigrants" (DV immigrants). The Act makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States.

The annual DV program makes permanent residence visas available to persons meeting the simple, but strict, eligibility requirements. Applicants for Diversity Visas are chosen by a computer-generated random lottery drawing. The visas, however, are distributed among six geographic regions with a greater number of visas going to regions with lower rates of immigration, and with no visas going to citizens of countries sending more than 50,000 immigrants to the U.S. in the past five years. Within each region, no one country may receive more than seven percent of the available Diversity Visas in any one year.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.

rastgele öyle bence benimkindede bi anlamı yokki şuanda işleniyor bi kaç hafta bekleyin diyor . sizinkinde vize işlemesi için konsolosluk bekleniyor diyor bi anlam çıkartmak yanlış olabilir

@pacaveli evet bencede:)) 28.000 e kadar olan herkes mailini kontrol edebilirmi eğer aynı mesajı alan varsa bence işler değişti bizim gibi yüksek nolar hala ümitsiz vaka gibi fakat 28.000 bandına kadar olanlar maillerini check ederse azda olsa bi fikir sahibi olabilriz

Merhaba arkadaşlar, bugüne kadar takip etmeme rağmen kayıt olup yorum yazmamıştım. Umarım sonuçlar hepimiz için güzel olur. Benim mailime 18 haziranda gelen yanıt şu şekilde; "Your forms have been received and pending further embassy review for the continuation of your visa processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing." Cn 281xx . Ancak yeniden bir mail atıp farklı bir cevap gelecek mi beklemek lazım. Malum benim aldığım cevap on gün öncesine ait.
