KCC'den gelen mailde istenen evraklar ile ilgili olarak, sicil kaydını edevletten alırken ne seçmemiz gerekir?

Kurum Türü : Resmi , Özel, Yabancı Ülke(Tercümeli)
Belgenin Neden Verileceği : ..
Belgenin Nereye Verileceği : ..

Kurum türü: Yabancı Ülke(Tercümeli) seçilince , Belgenin Neden Verileceği : Arşiv kaydı içeren ve Dil : İngilizce olarak sicil kaydı alabiliyorum.
Ama diğer belgeler Türkçe alınıyor sadece(nufüs kayıt örneği, askerlik). Bazı belgeler İngilizce, bazı belgeler Türkçe olarak KCC'ye maili göndermeli miyim?

Size gelen mailde dikkatli okursanız, kendi ülke diliniz ve ingilizce dışındaki belgelerin tercümesi gerekmektedir ifadesi var. Yani ingilizce, türkçe göndermeniz farketmiyor.

You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. Please follow the instructions in the email. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2019 program will begin in October 2018 and conclude on September 30, 2019. Please refer to the visa bulletin at http://www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.

Collect and submit your documents promptly. Your case will not be scheduled for a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate until KCC has received and processed all required documents. Missing or illegible documents will delay processing of your case. If you cannot obtain a particular document, send a scanned or photographed explanation of why you cannot obtain the document, as an attachment, to [email protected], with your case number in the subject line. Diversity visas are numerically limited and there is no guarantee a visa will be available. Only a consular officer can determine, at the time of the visa interview, if you are qualified to receive a Diversity Visa.

In order to continue processing your case, you must submit electronic copies of the required documents in .jpeg or.pdf format as attachments to [email protected]. Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members. Send documents only to the [email protected] email address; for any document processing questions use the [email protected] email address.

In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.

@dnzyldrm sana gelen mail evrakların tamam maili değil malesef, evrakların onaylandığını gösteren mail "records indicate you have submit a complete and valid DS260 form and you hava provided all required documents to KCC" gibi bir mail.
Öncelikle size döküman istediklerina dair mail attılar mı? Ve 5 ocakta attıysanız evrakları çoktan onay almanız gerekirdi büyük ihtimalle evraklar KCC'nin eline ulaşmadı. Şuan da size atılan maildede DS 260 formunuzun işlendiğini ve yakında dökümanlar ile ilgili maili alacağınız söylüyor yani dökümanlarınız tamam değil sadece DS260'nızın tamamlandığını söylüyor. Arayıp KCC'ye evraklarınızın ellerine ulaşıp ulaşmadığını teyit edebilir ve sonrasında ulaşmadıysa yeni bir döküman maili beklenmize gerek olmadan direk dökümanları atabilirsiniz.

@dnzyldrm selamlar, ben de seninle aynı durumu yaşadım. 3 defa dökümanları göndermeme rağmen KCC'yi aradığımda dökümanlarınız gelmemiş diyorlardı, mail attığımda da seninki gibi dönüş yapıyorlardı.

En son dün KCC'yi yine aradım ve yardımsever bir arkadaşa denk geldim. Evraklarınızı "[email protected]"a gönderin buradan kontrol edelim dedi, gönderdim aldığını teyit etti ve ilgili ekibe yönlendireceğim dökümanlarınızı dedi.

Size tavsiyem KCC'yi arayıp "mailim KCC document'e ulaşmış mı" diye teyit ettirmeniz, ulaşmadıysa da "size atsam siz ilgili departmana yönlendirseniz" diye ricada bulunmanız.

arkadaşlar numaram bu ay current olacak ama hala evrak mailim gelmedi 🤔 , benimle aynı duruma düşen varmı? Aklima türlü şeyler geliyor , acaba diyorum evrak maili geldide yanlışlıkla sildimmi vs.. yada mail adresi mimi yanlış verdim vs.. numaram current olunca kcc ye mail atayim diyorum konu hakkında bilgisi olan var mıdır?

@muratbey Dostum bana da 3 gün önce geldi mail. Bu zamana kadar DS-260 formunu gönderdikten sonra da dahil hiç mail gelmemişti. Takibe devam et, yeni numaralar açıklandığında iletişime geçip geçmemeyi değerlendirirsin.
