@Tracy Boyle bir bilgi buldum. Sanki başvuru daki yaş dondurulabili gibi anladım.

Will my child turning 21 years old soon affect their visa?
However, the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) can help children who turn 21 before their application is approved. The CSPA freezes a child's age as of the date their I-130 petition is filed, as long as they remain unmarried. The CSPA then uses a formula to calculate the child's age and eligibility for permanent residence. To avoid long waits, U.S. citizens should file Form I-130 before the child turns 21 and gets married. If USCIS receives the form at least one day before the child's 21st birthday, the child will be considered an immediate relative even if they are older when the petition is approved.
