Bu dilekçeyi verdikten sonra belki yıllarca beklemek gerekiyor şu anda. Nasıl hızlı ilerliyor anlamadım. Hız anlayışımızda bir farklılık var sanırım.

Sizin söylediklerinizdeki en bariz sıkıntı I-140'ın teslimiyle ilgili söylediğinizdi. Normalde I-140, LC onaylanır onaylanmaz veriliyor. PD tarihi için doğru diyorsunuz. Orada ben bu vize türü için de LC onaylanıp I-140 başvurusu yapılınca Priority Date belirleniyor diye okumuştum kaynaktan. EB-3C yi yanlış okumuş olabilirim. LC başvurusunu baz almaları daha güzel aslında, tahmini bir 6 ay kazandırıyor sadece.

DS-260 formu için ise konsolosluk sürecinde, tarihiniz Current olmadan size NVC bildirimi gelmemesi lazım zaten. O da current olmanıza müteakip geliyor ve dolduruyor olmalısınız yönetmeliklere göre. Bunun istisnası var mıdır bilmiyorum.

@emre911 evet 3rd olarak geçiyor tabloda. İmzada yer alan "I- 140 kabul : 12/5/21". Mayıs 2021 bültene baktığımda hem 3rd hem de Others için all current olmuş zaten. Diğer bültenlerde de genelde "C" olmuş ya da çok yakın tarihlerde ilerliyor 3rd.
