@itsmebb eylül 15 te onay maili aldım 1,5 ay sonra da mülakat mailim geldi. Haklısınız imzamı müsait olduğum zaman yazacağım. Bu Arada benim ilk başvurum 03 Ocak 2020 I130 formumu doldurduğum tarih.

@Damla-D Amin inşaallah darısı başına formun ilk kabulü Şubat o zaman 2 yıl olmadan 2 ay öncesine mülakat vermişler yakında @itsmebb arkadaşada gelir mülakat tarihi diye düşünüyorum.

Documents and/or Actions Required:
Proof of petitioner’s domicile in the USA (Photocopy), To qualify as a sponsor, a petitioner must have a principal residence in the United States and intend to maintain it indefinitely. Lawful permanent resident (LPR) sponsors must show they are maintaining their LPR status. Some documents which may establish proof of domicile are: 1) Checking account statements showing daily activity in the USA over an extended period of time, 2) Doctors, medical, and/or pharmacy bills covering an extended period of time, 3) A lease agreement or utility bills in the petitioner’s name, 4 Voter registration cards (U.S. citizens only), and/or 5) Advance parole and/or re-entry permit (Legal Permanent Residents only).

Herkese merhabalar 2 yıllık evli olduğunda green cart 10 yıllık 2 yıldan az evlilik varsa 2 yıllık green kart veriliyor diye bi bilgi duydum doğrumu bu konuda bilgisi olan varmı acaba
