The Laken Riley Act is named after a Georgia nursing student who was killed by a Venezuelan alien who was previously arrested and paroled into the U.S. under the previous administration.

It is a chart printed in landscape format on an A4 size paper with the holder’s name, last name, father’s name, mother’s name, place and date of birth, and marital status on the first line. The following lines would list the holder’s family members and their biographic information written in the next columns in the same order. If it is obtained through https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ website and the document would have a QR code at the bottom of the page, instead of red stamp and signatures.
