Ülke bu kadar büyük olunca yaşanacak eyalet seçimi de zorlaşabiliyor, aslında başka bir açıdan da bol seçenek olması herkesin gönlüne göre bir yere yerleşme şansını artırıyor diyebiliriz.
Seçimi etkileyecek en önemli unsur göçmen kişinin sosyal statüsü. Evli mi bekar mı? Çocuklu mu çocuksuz mu? Okuyor mu? Yaşı? çocukların yaş ve eğitim durumları vs.
