Just don't understand some comments here!!! What does President Trump have to do with the Diversity Program Visa website?! There are not websites that can handle hundred of million requests at the same time!!! Everyone just want to get the results as soon as the posted time but this is impossible for any kind of internet websites to handle such a huge load of requests! The website is down and probably they are making it available to certain IP regions one at a time to handle the load. It's true that one must act as soon as possible if he is selected, but one or two days later from the results posted time will not hinder anyone, especially if the whole region (country) is not able to check their results (visas are limited in number per country per year, once the number is reached the next in line has to hope some other country is not using all the lot, and more visas can be made available for the country who run out of them! This is the reason why it is important to act fast once you are selected. But if all in the country are not able to check their result there will be no application code, no interview schedules and therefore no risk of visa running out that quickly! Be patient!
