There has been a significant increase in demand for F4 visas across the board since October 2019. It is too early for Charlie to be sure if this is a new trend or if the demand will start to slow down. For now, he expects that movement may slow, but does not anticipate any need for retrogression in the near future.
Charlie also reports that applicants are still failing to become documentarily qualified as quickly as they could be. As long as this continues, expect continued forward movement of the applicable final action dates.
When additional demand ultimately starts to materialize in the family-based categories, Charlie cautions that the relatively rapid advancement in many of the these categories over the past fifteen months could slow down due to a need for corrective actions. Based on current demand trends, Charlie stands by his most recent predictions.

F4:  It had been necessary to advance the “Rest of World” final action date at a very rapid pace in an effort to generate sufficient demand to reach the annual limit throughout the past two fiscal years.  While such movements had produced the desired results with the limit, the level of demand never increased at an equivalent pace.

That pattern has changed in recent months resulting in a dramatic increase in the level of Family-sponsored Fourth preference demand.  This sustained level of demand will require the retrogression of the “Rest of World” final action date, which is likely to occur for February.  Such action would be required in an effort to hold number use within the category’s FY 2020 annual limit.

The May rank cut-off movements for all DV regions continue to be greater than might ordinarily have been expected, in order to generate applicant demand under the respective annual limits.  This is because fewer DV applicants are actively pursuing  final action on their cases at consular posts abroad, and the volume of USCIS adjustment cases remains low. If large numbers of applicants eventually do begin to have their cases brought to final action, rank cut-off date movements will necessarily slow or stop, and retrogression would become a possibility.  At this time, it is not possible to say when such action might be required, but late summer would be the most likely time.

@Zeyno Ben de çok üzüldüm, yüzdük yüzdük kuyruğuna geldik. Son aşamada sürekli bi sıkıntı çıkıyor. 2021 mali yılı için ocağa kadar birer hafta ilerlemesi bekleniyor demiş bültende. Ocaktan sonra da ikişer hafta ilerler bence maksimum. Ama tabi bilemeyiz hiçbirimiz. En kötüsü Trump seçilirse F4ler ne olur onu hiç bilmiyorum.

Bu ayki canlı yayını da izliyorum. Aile kategorilerinde bir süre daha ilerleme olacak dedi. Ancak konsolosluklar tamamen rahatladığında tarihler bir süre daha duracak şeklinde anlattı. Çünkü yıllık gerekli talebi almış olacağız dedi.

Bu arada bu yıl yıllık limitleri yakalamanın mümkün olmayacağını da belirtti.

Evet haklısınız. Diğer istatistiklere bakınca Haziran'da 11 temmuzda 4 Türkiye doğumlu insana F4 verilmiş. Onlar da başka ülkelerde almış olabilir tabi.

@Zeyno siz ceac'tan baktığınızda başvurunuz halen NVC'de mi görünüyor? Sıra gelmeden bir süre önce konsolosluğa aktarılır dosya denmiş genel bilgilerde. Ceac'ta sağ üstte your case is at NVC yazan yerden anlaşılıyor sanırım.

Kasım bülteninde de beklediğimiz gibi değişiklik yok.

Bu ayki canlı yayında da yaz başına kadar ilerleme beklemiyorum dedi Charlie başkan. :( FY2022 yalan olacak gibi. Ekime kadar bizim gruba sıra gelmeyecek gibi görünüyor. Bakalım seneye bu zamanlarda da aynı şeyleri mi konuşuyor olacağız.

Temmuz bülteni de no change. Ancak uzun süre sonra başvuru sırası 38 gün ilerlemiş. Bu bize ne gösterir, bilemedim.

Mali yılın bitmesine iki ay kaldı, yeterli başvuru sayısı yoksa neden normal sıra ilerlemiyor. Yeterli DQ varsa neden yenileri ekleniyor. Çözemedim. Herhalde 2023 FY için DQ insan toplayacaklar biraz daha.

@Zeyno Zeynep hanım, benim priority date 31Jul2007 ama numaram ANK2009. Bu Ank2009 daha çok ikinci mektubu aldığınız zamana denk geliyor. Priority date ile aynı olmayabilir.

Yine sıfır değişim. Tüm bir yılı hiç ilerlemeden bitirdik. Bakalım 2023 mali yılı yani gelecek ayın bülteninde bir hareket olacak mı.
