3. (Write one paragraph on what you did to get ready to immigrate to the U.S. EXAMPLE: We began preparing for our travel by selling our car/house/belongings. OR I resigned from my job or turned down job offers and promotions. I bought luggage, plane tickets, insurance etc.)

4. (Write one paragraph about where in the process you were when DOS suspended the DV program. EXAMPLE: I had submitted my documents and was waiting for my interview when the program was suspended OR I had finished my interview and was placed in Administrative processing when the program was suspended OR I had passed my interview and was waiting for my visas when the program was suspended.)

5. (Write one paragraph about how the proclamation and the DOS’ suspension of the diversity visa program affected you. EXAMPLE: I lost wages, my home, belongings OR I am separated from family.)

bu iş bu kadar zor olmamalı.
bunu bir tek ben düşünüyor olamam.
DV2023 çekilişini yapmazsın.
arkada bekleyen bütün DV2020 (40.000 civarı) ve DV2021(35.000 civarı) vizelerini 2023 mali yılında aradan çıkartırsın. sonra tekrar aynı şekilde istiyorsan devam edersin.
ne kadar zor olabilir bunu düşünüp devreye almak diyeceğim ama sonra konunun dokunacağı büyükleri düşününce zaten gerek kalmıyor daha fazla düşünmeye.

Sanırsam kanun emri olduğu için bu çekilişi her yıl yapıp kazananları açıklamak zorundalar. Vize verilse de verilmese de. Sn. @crazycells daha net cevap verebilir

onu biliyorum.
ama tek bir karar ile bu kanunu durdurabiliyorsa yine aynı şekilde bu dediğimi de yapması pek zor olmasa gerek
