Between Jan. 5 and Jan. 21, 2021, USCIS issued receipt notices with incorrect information to applicants who submitted Forms N-400, N-565, N-600, N-600K, or N-336 online. The error does not have any impact on the pending application and applicants can disregard that receipt notice. USCIS will mail new, corrected notices in the coming days and post corrected notices to applicants’ USCIS online accounts.

Thank you for submitting Diversity Visa documents to the Kentucky Consular Center. Some of the documents listed below were either missing or illegible. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email.

Documents Required for All Applicants:
• Copy of international passport biodata page (no translation required)
• Birth certificate
• Military records for any applicant who is currently serving in the military or who has previously served in the military
• Police certificates for applicants 16 years of age or older from all required countries. If a police certificate will be sent directly to the Embassy or Consulate, submit to KCC a copy of the receipt showing you have applied
• If you have been convicted of a crime, a certified copy of each court record and any prison record

Collect and submit your documents promptly. Your case will not be scheduled for a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate until KCC has received and processed all required documents. Missing or illegible documents will delay processing of your case. If you cannot obtain a particular document, send an explanation of why you cannot obtain the document, as an attachment in .pdf or .jpeg format, to [email protected] , with your case number in the subject line. Diversity visas are numerically limited and there is no guarantee a visa will be available. Only a consular officer can determine, at the time of the visa interview, if you are qualified to receive a Diversity Visa.
