Office Coordinator/ Customer service
Responsibilities includes:
Customer Service thru telephone, fax and e-mail
Make telephone calls to existing accounts to maintain and grow relationships
Reply to customer inquiries in a responsive manner.
Enter orders (verbal or written purchase order) either online or by telephone
Monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communicate status with customers
Be responsive to customers and prioritize needs
Preparing & labeling samples
Bookkeeping
Keeping the showroom tidy and presentable at any time.
Position Requirements:
Understanding sales/sales orders, invoicing and inventory
Excellent data entry and personal computer skills
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Strong dependability
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints
Ability to process a high volume of work combined with excellent quality
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proven experience with billing and bookkeeping
Experience in construction industry a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional attitude
Ability to successfully negotiate while maintaining relationship
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, including Sage 50 and database software
Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups, ability to achieve results through team efforts.
3 years of progressively responsible work related experience and any combination of education and training, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
