Konsolosluğa mail atıp düzeltme istedim. Aşağidaki adımları izleyerek yanlış yaptığım şeyi düzelttim ve posta yoluyla yenilemeye eligible olduğum - 6 hafta bekleme süresi olduğu bildirimi adım.

Log in to your account and click on the "Continue" button.
Select the "Cancel Appointment" option and confirm the cancellation request. You must cancel your appointment to reset your account and have the interview waiver scheduling condition statements available to you.
At the Applicant Summary page, click on the gear icon and choose the "Edit" option, review your profile, and update as needed on the Edit Applicant page, click the "Save" button. Even if you did not make any changes to your profile, click on the "Save" button. This will allow you access to the interview waiver scheduling condition statements.
Finally, select the condition statements that apply to you and click the "Confirm" button. The system will determine your eligibility for an interview waiver based on your responses.
a. If you qualify for interview waiver, the system will display information on how to submit your visa renewal application to the Consular Section.

b. If you do not qualify for an interview waiver, you will be instructed to schedule a new appointment for a consular interview.
