Re-entry permit'le ikinci cikisda 1 seneden uzun kaldigimiz icin "continuous residency " requirement'i bozulmus oluyor eger ABD'deki ikametimizi terketmediginizi gosterebilirseniz 4 sene 1 gun sonrasinda basvuru hakkiniz doğuyor fakat bunu getiremiyorsanız basvuru yapmak icin "4 years 6 months" beklemeniz gerekiyor.
bu sebeple 4 yıl 6 ay surenin dolmasını bekliyoruz müracaat icin.

26/06/2013 tarihinde green cardimi aldim ve isim geregi Turkiye de ikamet etmeye devam ettim bu arada re entry permit alarak sorun yasamak istemedim.

2ci re entry permit suresi bitmeden yaklasik 6 ay once yani  20/12/2017 tarihinde Amerika ya giriş yaptım ve bu tarihten itibaren Amerika da yasiyorum,calisiyorum ve duzenli vergilerimi oduyorum.

Vatandaslik icin arastirma yaptigimda Chapter 4 de re entry permit alan kisiler icin soyle bir ornek hesaplama yontemi gordum.

“Continuous Residence” Example
• An applicant became a Permanent Resident on January 1, 1994.
• She lived in the United States for 3 years, then returned to her native country for 1 year and 3 months.
• She got a Re-entry Permit before leaving the United States so that she could keep her Permanent Resident status.
• The applicant re-entered the United States with Permanent Resident status on April 1, 1998.
Question: When is the applicant eligible for naturalization?
Answer: On April 2, 2002, 4 years and 1 day after she returned to the United States. The last 364 days the applicant was out of the United States count toward her time as a Permanent Resident in “continuous residence,” but the 3 years in the United States before leaving do not.''''''

20/12/2017 + 4 yil 1 gun yani 21/12/2021 mi yoksa

2ci re entry per mit bitis tarihi olan 27/06/2018 + 4 yil 1 gun yani 28/06/2022 mi ?

Ayrica bu tarihlerden 90 gun once basvurma opsiyonu re entry permit aldigim icin gecerli olacak mi?

   2ci re entry permit suresi bitiminden once 20/12/2017 tarihinde Amerika ya giriş yaptım ve girişimi yaptigimdan beri 6 ay suresini asmayan kısa sureli cikis ve girişlerim oldu.Chapter 4 deki ornege gore hesapladigimda vatandaşlık icin 21/12/2021 tarihinde müracaata hak kazanıyorum .
   Uscis sitesinden online form n400 icin yaptigimda eligibility sorularından biri have you left more than 6 mounth USA in last five years ? bu soruya evet dersem benden N470 formunu attach etmemi istiyor hayır dersem ise yanlış bilgi vermis oluyorum.... bu konuda yardimci olabilecek benzer tecrübeyi yasayan var mi ? yardimlariniz icin teşekkür ederim
