Daha öncede yazdığım gibi Manila elçiliği fiziken bulunma kanıtı istediği için Cuma günü Manila'ya geldim ama online form hala hata vermekte isteği almamakta pasaport üzerinde 3 Eylül'e kadar damga bulunmakta online formun ne zaman düzeleceği belli değil. Yarın dönüşüm var Türkiye'ye döndüğümde yine aynı isteği o sistem üzerinden gönderebilir miyim?

Dear Visa Applicant,
We are not authorized to change your interview to a different location.
If you want to transfer your Immigrant Visa case from one Embassy or Consulate to another,
you must contact the U.S. Embassy directly where you wish to have your interview transferred
with your request. If your petition is being processed at the National Visa Center (NVC), you
must contact NVC to request the transfer.

We are writing in response to your August 11, 2023, inquiry to the Immigrant Visa Unit concerning your Diversity Visa case.
We understand that you wish to have your visa application processed at the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines.
If you have not received a notification with the time, date and location for an interview appointment, you need to contact the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) by email at [email protected] to request reassignment.
If you already have an appointment scheduled at another U.S. embassy or consulate, but are now in the Philippines and need to interview at Embassy Manila, please use our online form (https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/) to provide evidence (passport, ID card, alien resident card, etc.) showing that you are in the Philippines and able to remain in the country for the duration of the visa process.
We will review that documentation and make a determination on transferring your case.

@Mr-Yavuz Giriş yaptığım anda manila ya online başvuru formunu iletmem yeterli olur mu.elçiliğe gitmem gerekecek midir?

Bütün elçiliklere yazdım sadece Filipinler fiziki varlığın kanıtı olması halinde garanti vermemekle beraber taşıma yapabileceğini iletti.Bu durumda ülkeye günübirlik giriş yapılması halinde pasaport üzerindeki damga ile böyle bir talepte bulunabilir miyim?

Dosya transferi için Kcc'ye mail attım ama herzaman olduğu gibi 4.tip mail ile dönüş yaptılar.
Bu durmda nasıl devam etmeliyim.
Dosya transferi için önerebileceğiniz büyükelçilik veya konsolosluk var mı?

Ama dosya numaram görece düşük.
Bu durumda Ankara'dan randevu gelir mi?
Yoksa başka alternatifler mi düşünmeliyim.
