Neyse şimdi benim @crazycells benim anladığım kadarıyla USCIS’e ilk defa K-1 başvuru dosyası gönderilirken T.C. vatandaşının Doğum sertifikası şart değil ama istersek koyabiliriz, koyacaksak da nüfustan alıp çevirisini yaptırmak lazım , doğru anladım değil mi?
Ben sart oldugunu saniyordum, ama dediginiz gibi olabilir. I-130 basvurularinda sart cunku. Evet, eger gerekiyorsa ingilizceye cevirttirip gondermenizi tavsiye ederim.
